If someone owes you money and you cannot settle things in any other way, you may decide to go to the 'small claims court.Technically, Small Claims isn't a court, it is a special procedure for handling smaller claims in a county court. Types of disputes handled include (but not limited to):

bad workmanship;
damage to their property;
road traffic accidents;
personal injury;
goods not supplied
faulty goods

Using E-Justice Online, is the same as attending a case in the county court, but without having to travel to the court.
